About the Role
Cascara Coffee is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our brand presence, generate business opportunities, and build strong customer and corporate relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, marketing, and creating meaningful business partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Generate leads for corporate orders, catering, events, and bulk coffee requirements.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, offices, schools, colleges, and local businesses.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
Marketing
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand collaborations.
- Build partnerships with nearby businesses, residential communities, and institutions.
- Regular digital marketing initiatives including social media promotions and influencer collaborations.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest marketing improvements.
Business Development
- Explore franchise and expansion opportunities by identifying potential leads.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in meeting clients and presenting business proposals.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
