Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly sales targets, memberships & retail sales.
* Manage daily spa & salon operations smoothly.
* Handle appointments, billing, cash, stock & client service.
* Lead, train & motivate the centre team.
* Ensure luxury service standards, hygiene & guest satisfaction.
* Drive walk-ins, conversions, repeat clients & local marketing activities.
* Handle guest feedback and maintain strong client relationships.
* Share daily sales & operational reports with management.
Preferred Profile:
* Experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Wellness or Luxury Retail.
* Strong sales, operations & team management skills.
* Good communication & customer handling abilities.
* Smart, disciplined & target-oriented personality.
