Job Summary
East Point College of Nursing is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor in the Department of Pediatrics Nursing to contribute to academic excellence, research, student mentorship, and departmental development. Qualification
- M.Sc. Nursing in Pediatrics Nursing (Mandatory)
- Ph.D. in Nursing (Preferred)
- Qualification and experience as per INC/KNC norms.
Experience
- Minimum experience as prescribed by INC/KNC for the post of Professor.
- Prior experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Experience in research, publications, and academic administration will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and clinical teaching in Pediatrics Nursing.
- Guide and mentor B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing students.
- Supervise research projects, dissertations, and academic activities.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic development, and accreditation activities.
- Contribute to departmental administration and institutional initiatives.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with INC/KNC guidelines.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and continuing nursing education programs.
- Promote research and publication activities within the department.

- Strong subject knowledge in Pediatrics Nursing.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Good research and publication record.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in academic documentation and accreditation processes.
