- Technical scoping for the Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Completion and refinement of the solution architecture already commenced across the Microsoft technology stack.
- Technical leadership for the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related solution components.
- Hands-on configuration within Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, where appropriate, in support of solution delivery.
- Collaboration with Capricorn stakeholders, business analysts, developers, integration resources and other project team members to complete detailed solution design and support delivery execution.
- Oversight of solution design decisions to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practice and the effective use of standard / out-of-box Dynamics 365 capability wherever appropriate.
- Guidance and support to the delivery team (including 2–3 developers) across environment strategy, configuration approach, solution design, integration considerations, data design, security model and release/deployment planning.
- Review and shaping of functional and technical requirements into practical solution outcomes aligned to agreed business objectives.
- Identification of risks, issues, gaps and design dependencies, with recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
- Support for delivery planning, design governance, backlog clarification, solution decision-making and implementation readiness.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
