About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through various channels, including Meta Ads, the company website, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer inquiries, and be capable of delivering engaging product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads received from Meta Ads, the company website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations via online meetings or phone calls.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Support teams whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education: Graduation (Preferred)
