Job Summary
The KST Supervisor is responsible for managing kitchen stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of kitchen support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stewarding staff and daily operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and stewarding inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams and prepare staff schedules.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure proper waste management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in stewarding or hospitality operations.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Computer skills are mandatory.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
