Your Role
- Manage overall restaurant and floor operations
- Lead, train, and supervise staff teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor operational efficiency, quality standards, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Drive improvements in service quality and business performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel, café, or food service management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations
- Professional, reliable, and growth-oriented mindset
