Role Overview:
We're looking for a Solar Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our growing technical team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe performance of solar power plants.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults and performance issues.
- Maintain logs, reports, and service records.
- Monitor plant performance and respond to downtime alerts.
- Work closely with remote monitoring and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of solar inverters, LT/HT panels, and PV modules.
- Familiar with site safety practices and performance monitoring tools.
- Ready for field/site work and flexible with travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
