Salary
- Freshers: ₹14,000 per month (Including PF & ESI)
- Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Including PF & ESI)
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Performance Incentives
- Monthly performance-based incentives of ₹2,000 – ₹10,000+.
Travel Allowance
- Separate travel allowance will be provided for field marketing, customer visits, and promotional activities.
Job Description
A leading and well-known Jewellery Showroom in Madurai is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Executives to promote the brand, generate customer leads, and increase showroom walk-ins through field marketing and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute local field marketing activities.
- Promote the showroom through campaigns, stalls, and promotional events.
- Visit customers and nearby businesses to create brand awareness.
- Generate leads and increase showroom footfall.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions and marketing events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth.
- Submit daily activity and lead reports.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in field marketing or retail marketing is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel within Madurai.
Working Hours
- Timing: 9:20 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Leave is generally not permitted on festival days, marketing stalls, or promotional campaigns except in emergency situations.
