Key Responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Ensure seamless client experience from lead generation to post-sales stages.
· Lead Handling & Follow-Up:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Track and nurture leads through CRM software until deal closure.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales agent or team.
· Post-Sales Support:
Handle customer queries related to bookings, agreements, payments, and project details.
Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and accounts teams for smooth documentation and handover.
· Database & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, client feedback, and pending follow-ups.
Update CRM dashboards with client activity and stages of conversion.
· Customer Feedback & Retention:
Collect feedback on property visits and purchase experiences.
Identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints or concerns.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and client servicing
· Familiarity with CRM tools
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Fluency in English and Hindi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
