Research & Development (R&D)
- Conduct research in areas such as Analytical, Organic, Inorganic, or Environmental Chemistry.
- Design, plan, and execute experiments related to water, soil, and toxicology analysis.
- Develop and validate new methods, processes, and formulations.
2. Laboratory Operations
- Perform routine and advanced chemical analysis using standard laboratory techniques.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and ensure proper calibration.
- Ensure proper documentation of experiments, observations, and results.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results accurately.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations.
- Maintain records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Should have faced audit previously.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain laboratory safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory guidelines.
- Support audits and quality checks when required.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, QA/QC).
- Assist in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
- Coordinate with external agencies or research bodies if required.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest developments in chemistry and research methodologies.
- Suggest improvements in processes, testing methods, and efficiency.
- Contribute to innovation and new product development initiatives.
7. Project Management
- Handle assigned research projects within defined timelines.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of trials and research activities.
