We are looking for Academic Counsellor cum Trainer for Soft Skill ,Personality Development and Public speaking .
Candidate should have fluency in Tamil and English and a flair for teaching . Candidates residing near Tambaram area preferred.
Job responsibilities
a) You are responsible for handling all customer enquiries and ensure they Walk-in to the Training Centre for counseling .
b) Understand the student's training needs, provide the right training solution to him/her, and convert the walk-in into a sign-up.
c) You will be also responsible for providing Training to students on Soft Skills
d) You will be given training from the company’s end. You must quickly learn the Training provided to you so that you can start Training the students as early as possible.
e) Keep in touch with Corporates, Schools and Colleges to arrange and conduct Free Seminars.
f) Ensure Tie-ups with Corporates for Placement for Colleges.
g) Maintain regular contact with Principals, Deans, Placement Officers and HODs of College
