Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Accounting Solutions Executive to support clients using our accounting software. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting background who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding business processes, and providing practical solutions through technology.
The primary responsibility is to assist clients in effectively using our accounting software, resolve their queries, provide guidance on accounting workflows, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and online meetings.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions related to accounting processes and software usage.
- Assist clients with onboarding, implementation, and system setup.
- Guide customers on modules such as invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, inventory, financial reports, VAT/GST, and general accounting workflows.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend best practices within the software.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and user guidance for customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory).
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Ability to understand client concerns and explain solutions clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience in customer support, software support, implementation, or client onboarding.
- Knowledge of GST, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala (Calicut): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
