We are seeking an experienced technology leader (33+ years, 8-9 years experience) to join our founding leadership team and lead the development of next-generation Cybernetics, Embedded Systems, Industrial IoT, Robotics, AI, and Control Systems for ClimateTech and Industry 5.0 applications.

Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years experience in Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Control Systems.

Product Development
- Drive complete product lifecycle from concept to production
- Lead prototyping, testing, validation, and manufacturing readiness
- Ensure scalability and reliability of deployed systems
Team Building
- Build and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Recruit embedded, electronics, robotics, and software engineers
- Establish engineering processes and technical culture
Innovation & IP

- Represent the company in technical discussions and investor meetings

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Ph.D. candidates or candidates with advanced research experience in Robotics, Control Systems, IoT, Embedded AI, or Cyber-Physical Systems will be given preference.
- Exceptional candidates with proven product-building experience may be considered irrespective of formal qualifications.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8–9 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in at least two of the following domains:
- Embedded Systems Development
- Industrial IoT
- Robotics & Automation
- Control Systems Engineering
- Electronics Product Development
