Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain company solar products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on interested leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Maintain daily call records and customer databases.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Experience in solar, manufacturing, or sales industry preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
