Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of recruitment experience to join our team in Vasai East. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of hiring processes. MBA students or candidates with HR specialization will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and management
- Posting job vacancies on portals and social media
- Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- MBA (HR) preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
- Candidate should reside nearby Vasai East
Salary: Best as per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
