Kudoz International Pre School is looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Center Head to lead our preschool and manage the center effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Preschool / Early Childhood Education
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written
- Presentable personality with a confident and professional demeanour
- Well-groomed and comfortable interacting with parents, children and staff
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good understanding of preschool curriculum and activities
- Strong parent counselling skills with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions
- Target-oriented and capable of driving admissions and center growth
- Passionate about creating a positive, safe and nurturing environment for children
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall center operations
- Lead, guide and motivate the teaching team
- Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum
- Handle parent enquiries, counselling and admission conversions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents
- Monitor classroom standards and children's development
- Coordinate admissions, events and center activities
- Ensure a safe, happy and engaging environment for children
- Contribute towards achieving center admission and revenue targets
