Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in marketing, events, retail promotions, and branding services
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry connections
- Pitch company services to brands, corporates, and agencies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to deliver client requirements
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Track pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance reports
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Identify new sectors and untapped markets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in business development / client servicing (preferably in marketing agencies, event management, or advertising firms)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build corporate networks and brand relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Events, BTL Activations, Retail Promotions, Branding & Creative Services
- Existing corporate client network is an added advantage

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
