Role Overview
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic freshers who have a genuine interest in sales and digital marketing. If you are someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring new markets, and learning the ropes of a dynamic business environment this is the right opportunity for you. Selected candidates will begin as Associate Trainees and, upon successful completion of the internship, will be onboarded as full-time team members.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Proactively reach out to prospects and present company products/services
- Nurture cold leads into warm prospects through timely and consistent follow-ups
Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Support the creation of marketing content including posts, captions, mailers, and campaign briefs
- Help monitor digital campaign performance and prepare periodic reports
Required Skills & Attributes
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and client interaction
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with internet research and digital tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior exposure to freelancing or bidding platforms during internship or academic projects
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, or email marketing
- Any prior sales or marketing internship experience
Eligibility
- Any graduate BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also be considered
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
