Location: Powai, BKC - Mumbai
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to manage our product display, stock availability, and in-store operations at the Supermarket Stall
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Bakery products are well displayed and merchandised.
- Monitor daily stock levels and maintain product availability.
- Check product freshness, expiry dates, and follow FIFO.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
- Track daily sales, stock movement, and prepare MIS reports.
- Build strong relationships with Freshpik store staff and management.
- Resolve product-related issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Suggest initiatives to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Eligibility
- Experience in retail, FMCG, bakery, food & beverage, or supermarket operations preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in store operations, merchandising, or inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel between store locations if required.
