Performance Marketer (Digital Marketing)
Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Onsite – Full-Time)
Experience: 3+ Years
ROLE OVERVIEW
Full-cycle performance role: from campaign strategy to optimisation to reporting — you own it all.
You will strategise, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping) for premium jewellery brands. You manage monthly ad budgets between ₹30K and ₹1 Lakh across platforms — not just running ads, but building structured, insight-led campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
WHAT WE MEAN BY 'PERFORMANCE MARKETER'
- Understands and builds campaign architecture — not as an executor, but as a strategist who knows when to follow best practices and when to break them
- Can identify audience signals, creative fatigue, and funnel drop-offs and act on them proactively
- Handles budget allocation with precision and confidence — not guesswork or over-spend
- Sets a clear optimisation hypothesis for every test — no random changes, no open loops
- Reviews their own campaign data, tracks their own KPIs, and holds themselves to a performance standard before anyone else does
- Treats every underperforming campaign as data, not as failure
- Never blames the creative team, the platform, or the client brief — they optimise or they learn
