Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Delivery Engineer to drive the successful implementation of Predictive AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for industrial customers globally. This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of advanced AI solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery: Lead solution delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and optimal deployment of AI technologies.

AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Oversee the implementation of AI and machine learning models, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.

Agentic AI & Generative AI Delivery: Implement and optimize Agentic and Generative AI solutions to enhance operational performance.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Customer Success & Post-Deployment Support: Provide ongoing support and refinement of deployed solutions to ensure customer success.

Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader, guiding teams in AI technology best practices and innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.

8+ years of experience in customer-facing technology delivery, industrial software implementation, or AI project delivery.

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Contextualization, or Data Science projects.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NumPy, Pandas.

Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Multi-Agent Systems.

Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants, MCP.

Knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks.

Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Matplotlib.
