Vacancy: PGT – Fine Arts
Location: ODM Global School, Bhubaneswar
ODM Educational Group is inviting applications for the position of PGT – Fine Arts for its Bhubaneswar campus. The ideal candidate should be passionate about art education and capable of teaching students from Primary to Senior Secondary (Grade 1–12) while encouraging creativity and artistic expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach drawing, sketching, painting, craft, clay modelling, and mixed media art.
- Plan creative and age-appropriate art lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare students for CBSE practical assessments and portfolio work (Grades 9–12).
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and displays within the school.
- Support school events, stage décor, and cultural programmers.
- Maintain student portfolios, assessments, and progress records.
- Integrate art with other subjects through Art Integrated Learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Art Education (MFA preferred).
- B.Ed. qualification preferred as per CBSE norms.
- Experience teaching in a K-12 school environment.
- Proficiency in multiple art forms and knowledge of Indian folk and contemporary art.
- Basic knowledge of digital design tools (Canva / design software) preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and a student-centric teaching approach.
