- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and documentation readiness.
- Monitor shift-wise production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and other GMP documents.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory norms.
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement CAPAs.
- Supervise production processes for tablets, capsules, liquids, or injectables (based on facility).
- Identify deviations or non-conformities and escalate to senior management.
- Support validation and qualification of equipment and processes.
- Supervise and guide operators and line workers during production shifts.
- Provide on-the-job training and maintain discipline and safety in the production area.
- Ensure all team members follow hygiene and safety protocols.
- Suggest and implement improvements for productivity and yield.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S activities.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
