Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining product benefits, generating leads, and converting them into sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance sales.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong telesales and telemarketing experience.
- Good understanding of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, or General Insurance products.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Insurance certification (IRDAI) will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
