Duties & Responsibilities – Administrator
Baked Cakes & Pastries
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations across branches or office
- Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping of invoices, licenses, agreements, and reports
- Coordinate with HR, accounts, and operations departments for smooth workflow
- Monitor office supplies, store materials, and place purchase requests when required
- Support branch operations by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and utility services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements
- Handle communication with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence
- Monitor CCTV where required and report any irregularities to management
- Track petty cash expenses and maintain proper records
- Assist management in organizing meetings, audits, and inspections
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline in offices and branches
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time
