Position: Documentary Photographer
Location: Field-Based / Travel Required
We are looking for a documentary photographer who can capture authentic, human-centric stories during a political campaign. The role focuses on real moments, public interactions, community engagement, events, grassroots activities, and behind-the-scenes campaign life. The photographer should be able to create powerful visual narratives that help build a genuine connection between the leader and the people.

Document campaign activities, public meetings, rallies, roadshows, and community visits.

Capture candid moments that reflect the leader's personality, values, and connection with people.

Photograph local issues, community initiatives, cultural events, and social impact stories.

Cover interactions with workers, volunteers, local leaders, and the public.

Create photo essays and visual stories for social media, press releases, websites, and campaign materials.

Maintain a consistent documentary style that feels authentic and credible.

Strong documentary and photojournalism storytelling skills.

Ability to anticipate and capture unscripted moments.
