We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage attendance, employee engagement activities, HR documentation, and assist in payroll coordination. The role will primarily be based at the Camac Street Head Office with occasional visits to Madhyamgram outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with the payroll executive for salary-related inputs and reports. Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Handle employee communication and HR-related queries. Visit Madhyamgram outlets approximately 2–3 days per month for HR coordination and employee support. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of HR operations and employee management Attendance and leave management Basic understanding of payroll processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills MS Excel, Word, and documentation proficiency Good organizational and coordination abilities Educational Qualification Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
