Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Process Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the Injection Moulding industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality inspection, process monitoring, customer quality requirements, and manufacturing quality systems to ensure defect-free production and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow mould start-up procedures and verify MTC, Hopper Dryer, Cooling Line, PCS, Raw Material, Dozer Settings, and other process parameters.
- Ensure availability of limit samples or previous production reference samples at the machine before production.
- Maintain and verify all FML documents, quality records, and approved samples at designated locations.
- Update FML reports and sample inspection records every 2 hours as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and packing standards.
- Monitor rejection material movement to the grinding area and verify rejection quantities.
- Manage hold quantities and ensure timely clearance within 24 hours.
- Verify secondary operations such as:
- Outer Tub Welding
- Leakage Testing
- DD Assembly
- Maintain proper shift handover communication and update the Quality Head regarding production and quality issues.
- Conduct Process Capability Studies (Cp/Cpk) and process/product audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints on the shop floor.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure proper management of quarantine areas.
- Record all 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes and production abnormalities in logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.

Eligibility
- Diploma / ITI / Any Bachelor's Degree
- 2–3 years of experience in Injection Moulding Quality or Process Quality.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹16,086.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
