JOB DESCRIPTION
The KST Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities within the KST department. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality and safety standards, and achieving productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the KST team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage team performance and provide guidance where required.
- Ensure all operational processes follow company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow.
- Track daily production/operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workforce allocation.
- Report operational updates and issues to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in relevant field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, production, or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
