Electrical Estimation Engineer For Fresher-
This position involves working with the Electrical,at Axium Global Pvt. Ltd.*, located in Andheri, Mumbai*.
The MEP Design & Engineering team at Axium Global comprises highly skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers with extensive industry experience. The team delivers comprehensive Building Services Design and Engineering solutions for international clients across sectors such as Healthcare, Airports, Stadiums, Educational Institutions, Commercial Buildings, Residential Developments, Industrial Facilities, and Mixed-Use Projects.
The selected candidate will work closely with leading MEP design consultants and contractors from Australia, the USA, the UK, and other international markets, contributing to prestigious and technically challenging projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Report to the Team Leader – Electrical Estimation (MEP Design & Engineering).
- Prepare accurate electrical quantity take-offs and associated documentation for tender submissions.
- Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, calculations, schedules, single-line diagrams, and schematics to perform detailed quantity estimations.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate estimation.
- Experience in estimating Communications, Security, Audio-Visual (AV), and Nurse Call Systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), particularly Autodesk Takeoff, will be considered an advantage.
- Perform electrical take-offs using software such as Bluebeam Revu or equivalent estimation tools.
- Work independently while ensuring accuracy and adherence to project deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with international clients to clarify project requirements and estimation queries.
- Understand and apply relevant local electrical codes, standards, and regulations based on project location.
- Utilize the latest industry-standard engineering and estimation software.
- Support value engineering activities by reviewing tender documentation and providing technical recommendations.
- Demonstrate leadership potential with the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Contribute to team development by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

QualificationsRequired
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in Electrical Estimation, MEP Design, or Building Services Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar quantity take-off software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Autodesk Takeoff will be an added advantage.
