Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
