Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL.
The candidate should have strong experience developing admin panels, CRM systems, backend services, REST APIs, and third-party integrations. Practical experience integrating KYC/verification services, banking APIs, payment gateways, webhooks, or similar external APIs will be highly preferred.
The role requires someone who can independently work on existing applications, develop new modules, troubleshoot technical issues, and take ownership of development tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build and maintain admin panels, CRM systems, and internal business applications.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party services including KYC, verification, banking, payment gateway, e-sign, communication, and financial APIs.
- Develop and manage webhook-based integrations with external systems.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, indexing, and database performance.
- Build reusable and efficient React.js components.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and application security practices.
- Handle API failures, error handling, logging, retries, and integration-related issues.
- Debug application issues and improve overall performance.
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper development workflows.
- Support application deployment and maintenance on AWS/cloud servers.
- Coordinate with product, QA, and other development team members.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of professional Full Stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Good practical experience with MySQL.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with third-party API integrations.
- Experience working with webhooks.
- Experience developing CRM, admin panel, ERP, fintech, or other business applications.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, payments, NBFC, or financial services.
- Integration experience with KYC, payment gateway, banking, e-sign, credit bureau, or verification APIs.
- Working knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, and RDS.
- Experience with database and application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of queues, cron jobs, caching, and background processes.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a developer who is hands-on and technically strong, rather than someone working primarily in a managerial role. Candidates currently working as Full Stack Developer, Senior Full Stack Developer, MERN Developer, Node.js Developer, or React.js + Node.js Developer may apply, provided they have strong MySQL and API integration experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
