The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the organization's marketing strategy across residential, commercial, plotted development, and mixed-use projects. The role drives brand equity, lead generation, customer acquisition, project launches, market positioning, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulate integrated marketing strategies.
- Manage ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events, and Influencer Marketing.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Present performance dashboards to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation, automation, and marketing technology adoption.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualification
Essential:
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, CRM, or Brand Management.
Experience
- 12–18 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 5–8 years in leadership roles.
- Proven real estate sector experience.
- Experience handling large-scale project launches and multi-location campaigns.
