Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic English Trainer to conduct offline classes for students enrolled in Air Hostess and Hospitality training programs. The role focuses on improving students’ spoken English, confidence, and communication skills through interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline English speaking and communication classes
Train students in:
- Basic to advanced spoken English
- Grammar fundamentals
- Vocabulary building
- Pronunciation & fluency
- Take personality development and confidence-building sessions
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, and mock interviews
- Help students with:
- Self-introduction
- Interview communication
- Body language & presentation
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain attendance and performance records
Requirements
- Good command over English (spoken + basic grammar)
- Confident personality and good presentation skills
- Ability to handle classroom and engage students
- Basic computer knowledge (for presentations if needed)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Background in English, Hospitality, or Training
- Good communication in Hindi/Punjabi (for better student understanding)
- Interest in teaching / training field
