We’re hiring a Partner Acquisition Specialist to grow Unolo’s channel partner network across India. This is an acquisition-heavy, revenue-focused role for someone who thrives on onboarding new partners and driving indirect sales growth in the HR Tech SaaS space.
Location- Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect & onboard new channel partners across India
- Drive partner-led client acquisition and revenue growth
- Own monthly & quarterly acquisition targets
- Build and manage a partner-led sales pipeline
- Enable partners with product training, demos & sales support
- Track partner performance, conversions & revenue contribution
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities through partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate closures
Requirements
- 4–5 years in B2B SaaS channel sales, partner acquisition, or business development
- HR Tech / HRMS / Payroll SaaS experience preferred
- Proven track record of independently acquiring & activating channel partners
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and channel sales models
- Existing network in HR consulting, payroll, staffing, or reseller ecosystem is a plus
- Hunter mindset with strong negotiation and business development skills
- Startup-ready with high ownership and target-driven approach
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
