Job Description: OTA & Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OTA & Operations Manager to oversee online travel agency (OTA) platforms, travel agent relationships, reservations, and day-to-day hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of revenue optimization and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and Expedia.
Update room inventory, rates, and availability across all online channels.
Monitor bookings, cancellations, and guest reviews.
Coordinate with travel agencies and corporate clients to generate business.
Optimize OTA listings to improve visibility and bookings.
Handle reservation management and ensure smooth check-in/check-out coordination.
Prepare occupancy, revenue, and booking reports.
Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
Ensure accurate billing, payments, and documentation related to bookings.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in OTA management, hotel operations, or travel agency operations.
Hands-on experience with OTA extranets and hotel reservation systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of revenue management and online distribution.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary- 50,000-60,000/-
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience with hotel PMS and channel manager software is an advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
