Position - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are one of the leading Maruti Suzuki dealership groups in Rajasthan, operating across ARENA, NEXA, True Value, Workshops, Bodyshops, and Driving Schools. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our Jaipur Cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business operations and profitability of the Jaipur Cluster.
- Drive Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Finance, HR, CRM, and Administration functions.
- Achieve business targets, market share, and profitability in line with Maruti Suzuki standards.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction (NPS, CEI, CCP) and dealership performance.
- Ensure compliance with MSIL operating standards, SOPs, audits, and digital processes.
- Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, corporate customers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic planning, business expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Engineering, Management, or Commerce; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15–20 years of leadership experience in the automobile dealership industry.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Dealer Principal, General Manager, or Cluster Head.
- Strong understanding of Maruti Suzuki dealership operations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in Sales, Service, Customer Experience, Financial Management, and Team Leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
