About the Role: Socius is seeking a highly experienced and technical Senior Electrical Incharge to lead the electrical operations and maintenance for our project at Viraj Profiles Private Limited in Boisar, Maharashtra. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep expertise in automated control systems and heavy industrial machinery.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the electrical maintenance and operations team, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of plant equipment.
- Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems critical to daily operations.
- Manage the electrical maintenance for heavy rotating equipment, specifically Ball Mills and Wet Milling machinery.
- Drive electrical safety, preventive maintenance schedules, and root-cause analysis within our Waste Management and beneficiation facilities.
- Coordinate with mechanical teams and plant management to optimize process control and production efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of core industrial experience in electrical operations and maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Must have strong, hands-on experience working with SCADA, PLC, Wet Milling Operations, Ball Mills, and Waste Management plants.
- Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a shift, guide electricians and technicians, and enforce strict safety standards.
