Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates for the position of Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering a memorable dining experience to all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Support senior team members and supervisors in daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards is an added advantage.
