Job Title: Delivery Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To ensure every vehicle is fully prepared and ready for delivery by completing all required delivery activities and providing a smooth handover to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle delivery as per the scheduled date and time.
- Ensure the Autobahn logo sticker is fixed on the vehicle.
- Confirm the Final Quality Check (FQC) is completed before delivery.
- Place the Owner's Manual and other required documents inside the vehicle.
- Ensure the number plate is properly fixed.
- Ensure the windshield is clean and all required stickers are fixed correctly.
- Place a car freshener inside the vehicle.
- Place paper floor mats in the vehicle before delivery.
- Check that the vehicle is clean, fuelled (as per dealership policy) and ready for customer handover.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service and PDI teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
- Report any issues or missing items to the Sales Manager before delivery.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
