Valli Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant in General Medicine to join our clinical excellence team. As a core member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with complex multi-system diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inpatient & Outpatient Care: Manage a diverse range of medical cases in both OP and IP departments, including critical care referrals.
- Diagnostic Leadership: Lead the clinical investigation process for undifferentiated symptoms and complex medical conditions.
- Chronic Disease Management: Oversee long-term treatment plans for patients with diabetes, hypertension, and infectious diseases.
- Collaborative Medicine: Coordinate with other super-speciality departments (Cardiology, Nephrology, etc.) for holistic patient management.
- Emergency Consultation: Provide expert medical opinion for ER admissions and intensive care patients when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: MD in Internal Medicine or DNB in General Medicine from an MCI/NMC recognized institution.
- Experience: [3–7] years of post-PG experience is preferred, though exceptional recent graduates will be considered.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC).
- Skills: Strong clinical acumen, excellent communication skills in Tamil, and a commitment to evidence-based medical practice.
