Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month (based upon the experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Content Producer who can take ownership of content execution at the shoot level and help create high-quality, engaging and performance-oriented content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
This is not a basic videographer role. We are looking for someone who understands content, hooks, audience attention, trends, storytelling and on-ground shoot execution, and can actively direct the shoot to ensure we capture strong content that the editing team can turn into high-performing videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute shoots for Reels, YouTube, podcasts, personal brands and client content.
- Develop and identify strong hooks, content angles and creative opportunities before and during shoots.
- Direct clients/talent to deliver content naturally, confidently and engagingly.
- Manage camera framing, angles, composition, lighting, background and overall visual quality.
- Plan and capture B-roll, cutaways, reactions, close-ups and multiple variations wherever required.
- Research trending formats and content patterns and implement relevant ideas during shoots.
- Identify opportunities to improve retention, storytelling and shareability while shooting.
- Ensure sufficient, organised and usable footage is captured for the editing team.
- Coordinate with Social Media Managers, Content Strategists, Editors and Designers.
- Ensure every shoot meets Artificilux VN’s creative and quality standards.
- Continuously research new content formats, shooting techniques, trends and creative approaches.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in content production, creative production, video production or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form content.
- Good knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting and basic cinematography.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience retention and engaging content.
- Ability to direct people during shoots and bring out better performances.
- Strong awareness of current social media trends and content formats.
- Ability to independently manage multiple shoots/projects.
- Portfolio/showreel of relevant content work is preferred.
