Position Summary
The Operations & Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's Technology, Inventory, and Operations functions. This role serves as the key link between business operations and technology, ensuring that systems, processes, inventory management, logistics, website operations, mobile applications, ERP systems, and warehouse activities work seamlessly together to support business objectives.
The role involves strategic planning, team management, process optimization, project execution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of operational and technological capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Management
Lead and manage the Technology Team, including Magento developers, Mobile App developers, Odoo developers, and website operations personnel.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and internal business systems.
Prioritize and manage website development requests, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance improvements.
Ensure smooth functioning of the Aashni & Co and Revivify websites.
Coordinate with server support and infrastructure teams regarding hosting, deployments, security, backups, and system performance.
Oversee ERP (Odoo) development, customization, upgrades, and integrations.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through technology.
2. Website & Digital Operations
Supervise website content management activities, including product uploads, homepage updates, category management, and menu updates.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all digital platforms.
Coordinate between merchandising, marketing, and technology teams for website updates and campaign launches.
Monitor website performance and user experience and drive improvements where required.
Ensure timely implementation of business requirements on websites and mobile applications.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Oversee inventory management processes and ensure stock accuracy across all locations.
Monitor stock transfers, stock reconciliations, inventory audits, and warehouse operations.
Ensure effective utilization of the Odoo ERP system for inventory tracking and management.
Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and dispatch preparation.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and improve efficiency.
4. Quality Control & Product Readiness
Establish and monitor quality control processes for incoming and outgoing inventory.
Ensure products meet organizational standards before dispatch, display, or photography.
Oversee product preparation activities for merchandising, photoshoots, and showroom displays.
Work closely with warehouse and merchandising teams to maintain product presentation standards.
5. Logistics & Order Fulfillment
Oversee shipment documentation and operational processes related to e-commerce order fulfillment.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse teams, courier partners, customer care teams, and inventory teams.
Monitor order processing efficiency and identify opportunities to improve fulfillment timelines.
Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting customer deliveries and inventory movement.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between Technology, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Care, Merchandising, and Management teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Align technology initiatives with operational requirements and business goals.
Support management in planning and executing strategic operational initiatives.
7. Team Leadership & Development
Manage, mentor, and guide team members across Technology and Operations departments.
Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members.
Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and skill development initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Assist in resource planning, hiring, and team expansion initiatives.
8. Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement corrective measures.
Develop and maintain operational SOPs and best practices.
Track key operational and technology metrics and prepare management reports.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving productivity, reducing operational costs, and enhancing service quality.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.

The Operations & Technology Manager oversees the Technology Team and Operations & Inventory Team and works closely with senior management to ensure that technology, inventory, and operational processes support the organization's strategic objectives and growth plans.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
