Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary:
Padmaranjeeta Education Trust is seeking a qualified and motivated Solar PV Installer Trainer to deliver training programs on solar photovoltaic system installation. The trainer will be responsible for providing both theoretical and practical knowledge to students, ensuring skill development as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Solar PV installation.
- Train candidates on system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate hands-on installation of solar panels, wiring, and safety practices.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessment modules.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety standards during training.
- Support placement activities and guide candidates for job readiness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy or related field.
- Certification in Solar PV Installation (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or training.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and installation techniques.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Practical hands-on experience in the solar field.
- Ability to manage and motivate trainees.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between Koraput and Raipur locations.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
