Job Description – Corporate Billing Head (Hospital )

Reporting To: CFO / Director – Finance
Job Summary
The Corporate Billing Head is responsible for managing corporate, TPA, insurance, and government billing operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely claim submission, efficient collections, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate, TPA, and insurance billing.
- Ensure timely claim submission and follow-up for collections.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and deductions.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and revenue leakage.
- Lead and supervise the corporate billing team.
- Coordinate with clinical, finance, and marketing departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field.
- MBA/MHA preferred.
Experience
- 8–15 years in hospital billing/revenue cycle management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
