Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Engage architects, interior designers, builders, and developers across premium residential and commercial projects.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Track and target ongoing and upcoming luxury projects within the territory.
3. Product Presentation & Specification Selling
- Present Valuelines portfolio across sanitaryware, bath fittings, aluminum doors & windows, surfaces, and internal partitions.
- Deliver tailored proposals aligned with project requirements and highlight key USPs.
4. Project Sales Execution
- Track projects from design to execution stage.
- Coordinate with specification teams, procurement heads, and internal support teams to drive conversion.
5. Cross-Selling & Client Servicing
- Identify cross-selling and upgrade opportunities across product categories.
- Ensure seamless coordination with showroom, technical, and logistics teams for smooth execution and after-sales support.
6. Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with leadership.
