We are seeking a talented YouTube Video Editor to support content creators and influencers. You will be responsible for editing engaging video content, enhancing storytelling through visuals, and keeping up with platform trends to ensure maximum audience engagement.
- Edit long-form and short-form YouTube content including vlogs, interviews, tutorials, and reels.
- Add B-roll, background music, effects, captions, and animations to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with YouTubers to understand their style, tone, and audience expectations.
- Manage raw footage, organize assets, and deliver final content within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends and algorithm changes to optimize content.
- Create thumbnails and intro/outro segments as needed.
- 1–3 years of proven experience editing videos for YouTube or digital creators.
- Strong command over editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative flair and attention to detail with strong storytelling instincts.
- Understanding of YouTube best practices including pacing, retention hooks, and audience targeting.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Portfolio or YouTube links showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.
