Account Manager jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, owning the relationships that outlive any single project. CryptoMize engagements run long — perception programs, privacy architectures and political campaigns are measured in quarters and years, not sprints — and someone senior must carry the client relationship across all of it. That is this role: the trusted counterpart inside the client’s world, the voice of the client inside our delivery cells, and the person who spots the next piece of work before the client articulates it. The complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, seniority path and selection process — follows.

01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Account Manager at CryptoMize?
01
Own a portfolio of live client relationships across the five practice pillars, from weekly cadence to quarterly executive reviews
02
Translate client needs into internal delivery requests — and delivery reality back into honest client communication
03
Monitor engagement health: delivery against brief, sentiment of the client relationship, and early warning when either drifts
04
Identify expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and shape them into scoped proposals with the commercial team
05
Analyze account data — reporting cadence, consumption patterns, campaign outcomes — to anticipate what the client will need next
06
Maintain account records to audit standard: decisions, approvals, scope history, contact map
07
Act as client advocate inside delivery disputes — improving the process, not just smoothing the incident
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Manager you are the person charged with managing the firm’s relationships with its clients — building long-term trust with a defined portfolio, keeping engagements healthy end to end, and identifying new opportunities inside existing accounts. The objective is simple to state and hard to do: keep clients with us as long as we serve them well.
Day to day you will communicate with clients to understand evolving needs and explain what our teams can deliver, collaborate with internal departments to make that fulfilment happen, and keep records — inventory of live work, account notes, decision history — accurate enough that any colleague could take over mid-stream without the client feeling it.
You will also collect and analyze account data to understand client behavior, resolve complaints by improving the underlying process rather than patching the incident, and act as the client’s advocate inside the firm — with a standing focus on making their experience better every quarter.
