Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Senior HR Executive for our Heavy Fabrication Industry. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, labour management, contractor coordination, statutory compliance, shift management, attendance, payroll support, employee discipline, canteen management and overall HR operations of the plant.
The candidate should have strong experience in handling blue-collar manpower and factory HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labour & Workforce Management
- Handle 300+ labour workforce efficiently.
- Maintain labour discipline and workplace behaviour.
- Resolve labour grievances and disputes.
- Ensure smooth manpower availability for production targets.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
2. Contractor Management
- Handle 30+ contractors and their workforce.
- Verify contractor documentation and statutory compliance.
- Monitor contractor attendance and billing records.
- Ensure contractor workers follow company safety rules.
- Maintain contractor agreements and gate pass records.
3. Attendance & Shift Management
- Manage biometric attendance system.
- Prepare daily attendance and absentee reports.
- Coordinate upcoming 2nd shift manpower planning.
- Ensure proper shift rotation and deployment.
- Monitor overtime records and approvals.
4. Recruitment & Joining
- Conduct recruitment for labour, fitters, welders, engineers, helpers, security staff, etc.
- Arrange trade tests and interviews.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
5. Payroll & Salary Support
- Coordinate salary inputs with accounts department.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and contractor bills.
- Handle wage-related employee queries.
- Ensure timely salary processing.
6. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance under:
- Factory Act
- PF
- ESIC
- Labour Laws
- Bonus Act
- Minimum Wages
- Contract Labour Act
- Coordinate labour inspections and documentation.
7. Employee Discipline & Administration
- Issue warning letters, notices, memos when required.
- Maintain company rules and HR policies.
- Handle leave management and employee records.
- Monitor housekeeping and security coordination.
8. Safety & Security Coordination
- Coordinate with safety department for PPE compliance.
- Monitor security guards and gate management.
- Ensure visitor and worker entry procedures are followed.
Required Skills
- Strong labour handling capability

- Shift handling experience preferred
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, HRMS)
Qualification
- MBA HR / MSW / MHRM / Graduate with HR experience
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in Heavy Fabrication / Engineering / Manufacturing Industry

Salary Range

Additional Requirements
- Candidate should be capable of handling plant HR independently.
- Experience in 2nd shift operations management preferred.
- Strong control over labour discipline and attendance monitoring required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
